WRITING CENTER SOCIAL MEDIA

I created the Writing Center social media accounts to build awareness for the Writing Center across Cedarville University's student body. I developed a posting schedule with writing tips once a week, tutor highlights once a week, and the occasional announcement and interactive story. I create all of the content, including graphics and captions, for the accounts. I use Canva to design the graphics.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLAYBOOK

I created this hypothetical social media playbook for Orion Coffee and Tea, a local coffeeshop in Cedarville, Ohio. I analyzed Orion's current social media presence on Instagram and performed a listening exercise, documented in the Appendix. I then created this playbook outlining recommendations for managing Orion's Instagram account. I included sections such as Orion's social media goals, expectations for the social media manager role, types of posts, a comment response policy, and a posting schedule. I created this playbook using Canva.
